Boneless Prime Rib

  • Village Meat & Wine Prime Rub
  • 1 package of Au Jus

Season entire roast with Village Meat & Wine Prime Rub. Place Fat side up on rack, cover and put in over at 325 degrees. Put one package of Au Jus in pan, with following instruction on package. Allow 30-32 minutes per pound for rare; 34-37 minutes for medium; 39-42 minutes for well done. If using meat thermometer it should read 140 degrees for rare; 160 degrees for medium; 170 degrees for well done. Let roast stand 15 minutes before carving.
