TONY CHACHERE’S TUR-DUC-HEN
Stuffed with cornbread and rice dressing. Also contains creole pork dressing, cornbread dressing, creole seasoning, boneless Chicken, and boneless Duck stuffed in a partially deboned Turkey.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS: For best results thaw 48 hours in refrigerator.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Remove Tur-Duc-Hen from packaging. Cover and bake with legs pointing up. Depending on if thawed or frozen, cooking time will vary. If completely thawed, allow 4 1/2 hours to cook. Allow closer to 6 hours to cook if frozen or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees f. Remove cover for the last hour of cooking or until brown. Remove woven threading before serving.
CARVING INSTRUCTIONS: Slice down center of the breast. Then slice across in one to two pieces. Serve hot.
